I was tasked to redesign the Council's corporate strategy document for 2020-2025. This document would be the councils masterplan outlining the key priorities and objectives.

The five priority areas, as set out in the strategy, are:

• Growing our economy

• Protecting our environment

• Developing our communities

• Improving housing

• Delivering an efficient and effective council

Each priority was given its own identity with the use of colours and icons, which helped develop future strategies for different departments across the organisation.
